Yes you can! All you need to do is plug the frame into your laptop or PC and you can delete the video that will be on it and replace it with another you love!
Do I need to upload my media before purchasing?
No you do not need to do anything before purchasing. You can upload your memories into Acrylo frame once you've received it.

How do I upload videos and photos to the Motion Video Frame?
To upload content to the Motion Video Frame, simply connect it to your Windows or Mac computer using the provided USB cable. Drag and drop your video and photo files into the frame folder that appears on your computer, then disconnect the frame to start displaying your media.
Do I need to charge it and how long does the frame stay on for?
Yes! When the frame is fully charged it will have a battery life of 2-3 hours. However, you can simply plug the USB cable (included in the package) into your computer or AU powerpoint (included in the package) and it will allow your frame to stay on 24/7!
Do the frame have sound?
It sure does! You have the option to add sound to your video. We do like to let our customers know to keep in mind that since your video will be on loop 24/7 the sound will also be on loop, which may take away the importance from the replaying memory!
What is the return policy for motion video frame?
We offer a hassle-free, 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your Motion Video Frame, you can contact us within 30 days to arrange a return and receive a full refund.
How long is shipping?
We have a 1-2 business day handling time on processing and shipping all orders, excluding weekends and public holidays.
As we are based in USA, we ship via USA Post, allowing us to provide standard (estimated 7-15 business days) and express (estimated 3-7 business days) shipping options.
